The Bella Terra Mall is located at 7777 Edinger Ave in
Huntington Beach on the corner of Beach and Edinger.
Bella Terra is an outdoor mall consisting of an 800,000
sq. ft. entertainment-retail villiage featuring a 20
screen Century Theatres mutiplex and 71 shops and
restaurants.
Bella Terra, a $170 million development of
J.H. Snyder Co., Ezralow Co. and the city of Huntington
Beach, occupies the footprint of the mostly
demolished Huntington Beach Center, an enclosed mall
that opened in 1966.
While it does not rival the likes of The Irvine Spectrum or
The Block at Orange, The Bella Terra brings a much needed
modern suburban gathering place to the weathered, dated
north Huntington Beach area. Hopefully the city of
Huntington Beach will continue to improve this
neglected part of town.
